This unique experience offers you the opportunity to try Clover Meadow's finest wine and spirits right from the comfort of your own home. We've bottled some of our favorites to share in hopes that you enjoy wherever you are – whether it be at home, a date night, your local campground, or a dinner party, our wines will go with you wherever you're at in life.
Simply select six wines or you can swap out a wine with a 2 oz. bottle of spirit that you would like to try, wait for your Tasting To Go Box to arrive and then enjoy the experience. If you desire you can try the entire list of wines and the spirits for a small increase.
All of our wines are certified organic by MOSA and Clover Meadow Winery is considered 1 of only 13 organic wineries and 1 of 5 organic distilleries in the entire United States. Operating as a completely green and off-the-grid business, we have been producing our own electricity for over 16 years and are a certified Travel Green Wisconsin business.

We suggest you sample the wines in the order from Dry to Sweet. We measure the dryness of a wine by measuring the residual sugar (BRX) at bottling time. The lower the BRX number the dryer the wine.
Cleansing your pallet: to fully enjoy each wine, it is suggested you cleanse your pallet in-between each wine. Tasting crackers are meant for that purpose as well as to enjoy their flavor. Water also works - it is just not quite the same as a bite of cheese or cracker. If you start out with a sweeter wine and desire to try a dryer wine just cleanse your pallet in between and enjoy.

Frontenac Wine, Made with Wisconsin's Frontenac Grapes | 14%ALC
This northern variety Frontenac wine is a bold and satisfying experience in a glass. It is like no other Frontenac out there: bold, smooth, and light.
Rose WIne
Smell: roses and green peppers(makes it smell sweeter), cherry
Tasting notes: roses, orange rind, tart cherries, raspberries
I prefer it chilled like a white wine but room temp is just as tasty. This wine is a great alternative to a red on a hot day. Dry rose, complementing characteristics of a white and a red wine.
Wisconsin's Own Chardonnay-Style Wine
Smell: banana, fig, pineapple
Tasting notes: recommend chilled
Dry white wine made from Frontenac blanc grapes. Notes of pepper, grapefruit and pineapple.
Rose Wine
Smell: light; just hints of strawberries, green apple, honeyTasting notes: lemon, grapefruit, lilac, white pepper
Recommend chilled.
Dry light rose wine made from Canadian red rhubarb. This wine is perfect for an afternoon tall glass after a light lunch. This wine would go great with a sushi sampler or just as a liquid lunch.
